2. Shwasana-Marg
Shuddhi.
Benefits.
(a) Clears nasal passage and prevents occurrence
of septum deviation defect.

(a) Obstruction in nostrils like cold or any
organic defect/growth in nasal septum.

3. Pawan
muktasana (with Ashwanimudra).

4. Bhujangasana.

Matsyendrasana.
