Terms and Conditions for Publishing of
Advertisements.
(a) Bell Infotech Systems is in no way responsible for any liability arising
out of the contents/texts of the advertisements published by the respective
agencies.
(b) The advertisement publishing agency will be responsible for any legal
implications arising out of the advertisements published by them.
(c) Registration charges per group heading for Advertisement Publishing
Agencies will be Rs. 1000.00 per month or Rs.10.000.00 per year.
(d) The registration charges for the commissioned agent will be Rs. 1000.00
only. The commissioned agent will receive 50 % of cost per advertisement
charged to the client as commission.
(e) The registration code and Password will be allotted to the respective
agencies. The registration Code along with the date and time of advertisement
will be automatically published with each advertisement.
(f) The charges for one classified advertisement for display for one months
duration on internet will be Rs. 50/- only.
